Jessica has loved to sing since a very young age. Growing up, she loved the music from the 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s. Doris Day, Judy Garland, and Fred Astaire could regularly be heard coming from her bedroom. While extremely shy as a child, music was an outlet for her and gave her the confidence she needed to grow as a person. Jessica went on to study opera at DePauw University where she was encouraged to pursue singing and acting as a career. Jessica has participated and won multiple music and acting competitions. In November 2010, Jessica was chosen from thousands to sing for the Circle of Lights Event in Indianpolis, IN. This event brings in a crowd of 100,000 people and a television audience of 50,000 households. In 2011, she took 1st place in the adult category at the Carmel Fest Event. In January 2012, Jessica won the Overall Adult Division at the Winter AMTC Competion. She has often been described as having an “angelic voice.” With a friendly personality Jessica really brings any performance to life. Jessica currently teaches vocal lessons through Poprock Academy in Temple City, CA.  Jessica also gives private coaching/lesson at DPAC in addition to her work as the Assistant Director/Musical Director.
